  14. Try entering the "best" initialization string and save it to your modem in
  15. a comm software.  Then, add "ATZ" to be the initialization string in the
  16. Modem setup of the Control Panel and see if it helps.  Also, try disabling
  17. the compression and Class 2 features in Exchange and set the tolerance
  18. level to high.  I hope this helps.  Good luck and take care...
